Functional, but a bit on the small size

Bought this size and the next size bigger. This one I find too small for my purposes. Functionality I'm sure is great if you need a smaller size - we use the bigger one all the time. Pattern is a bit busy for me and the blue background is a bit bright. This one stays in the closet and we pull out the bigger one instead.
