Behind The Scenes- Good Night Tips

I read an article yesterday that I wanted to share. It includes helpful tips that should help you relax and maybe get a more restful night of sleep.  I am planning to follow these tips - my  hope is that it will help me to stop making my "to do" lists in my head in the middle of the night.

Top 5 things to do before you go to bed

My favorites from this list are:

1. Replace Entertainment- I think this is great!! I don't like to leave remotes just laying around – same goes for mobile devices.  It's a good reminder to put them on their charging stations so they are ready for the next use.

2. Do the Dishes- We try to get everything from that day into the dishwasher but sometimes we get lazy.  I think this is important to start the next day with a clean kitchen.

3. Pick Up Outerwear- In our house it would be pick up your shoes/boots and put them away each night – we usually don't wear our shoes in the house – so we have constantly have shoes by the doors.

Now once you have completed all of this and ready for that perfect sleep, I would suggest you add one of our
dreamtime eye pillows to guarantee that "list free" slumber.
